Oceanz text FISH to win FISH and a chance to win $50,000

Competition Terms and Conditions:

• The promotion commences on Monday, 9th November 2009 and closes on 8th February 2010 (inclusive of these dates). The draw date will be within two weeks of the closing date of the promotion.
• The promotion is open to all correct text entrants.
• Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or agencies and companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
• The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
• The Promoter shall be the sole arbiter in all matters relating to the promotion and interpretation of promotion rules. The decisions of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
• The public will be invited to text “FISH” to 2326. A return text will ask the entrant to go to www.oceanz.co.nz to enter into the draw for a chance to win FREE FISH and $50,000.
• The GRAND finalists will receive a set of TWELVE security envelopes comprising of SEVEN envelopes containing non winning symbols(X) and FIVE envelopes containing FIVE winning symbols.
• The Grand Finalist will select FIVE envelopes from the set of Twelve and based on the number of winning symbols shall win:

5 winning symbols $50,000
4 winning symbols 4 months of free seafood up to a value of $800
3 or less winning symbols $300 Oceanz Voucher

• The winners acknowledge that the prize is the chance to win a either FREE FISH or $50,000.
• Entry into this promotion is deemed as consent to the Promoter to use the winner’s name, voice, likeness, biographical information and photograph for any broadcast or publicity associated with this promotion.
• The winner agrees to be available for reasonable publicity purposes and participate in any news media activities surrounding the promotion without compensation. The Promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name, voice, image and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without compensation. The Promoter has the right to use any photos, video or other material in any reasonable manner it thinks fit.
• The Promoter, its agents and contractors shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury or death howsoever suffered or sustained, arising from or in connection with the prize offered, received or used as part of the promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).
• The promoter reserves the right to alter the prize at any point during the competition.
• No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
