Fuel for Life – A chance to win $50 fuel a week for 60 years
• The promotion commences on Monday, 9th April 2010 and closes on 31st July, 2010 (inclusive of these dates). The draw date will be within two weeks of the closing date of the promotion.
• The promotion is open to all correct entrants.
• Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or agencies and companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
• The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
• The Promoter shall be the sole arbiter in all matters relating to the promotion and interpretation of promotion rules. The decisions of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
• The public will be invited to enter into the contest by participating businesses. The entrant will record contact details and then enter the last six digits of their New Zealand driver’s licence into the form on the official website.
• An Underwriter will PRE SELECT a winning six digit code prior to the end of the contest and holds this code. At the end of the contest the winning code will be supplied to an independent Loss adjuster. They will also receive the database of six digit codes entered by all contestants. If a code entered matches the code PRE SELECTED – that entrant wins $50 Fuel a week for 60 years. If there is no match, a consolation prize will be awarded to the closest code entered.
• The winners acknowledge that the prize is the chance to win a either a Grand Prize or a Consolation prize.
• The winner agrees to be available for reasonable publicity purposes and participate in any news media activities surrounding the promotion without compensation. The Promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name, voice, image and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without compensation. The Promoter has the right to use any photos, video or other material in any reasonable manner it thinks fit.
• The Promoter, its agents and contractors shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury or death howsoever suffered or sustained, arising from or in connection with the prize offered, received or used as part of the promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).
• The promoter reserves the right to alter the prize at any point during the competition.
• No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
